Our PURPOSE

We believe that the magic happens when we embrace the possibility within uncertainty and walk the fine line between order and chaos. What helps guide the agenda and focus our time together is a core purpose and some powerful questions that we gather around.

OUR CORE PURPOSE IS TO

DEEPEN NETWORKS,
SHARE LEARNING,
and BUILD JUST-IN-TIME CAPACITY around our most pressing challenges

SO THAT DIVERSE CHANGE-MAKERS CAN

connect around shared challenges,
co-create breakthrough responses,
and take their work to the next level of sustainability & effectiveness.

Some of our guiding questions include:

  • What is deep collaboration and how can it amplify creative solutions and new innovations?
  • How do we support young people carrying the spark of change?
  • How do we deepen our relationships to increase our individual and collective social impact?
