Stoking the fire for change

Social change starts with a spark: a great idea or a sense of purpose that we gather around. Join us to discover how to refuel the fire.

YSI Collaboration Camp is a 3-day intensive gathering of young organizers and adult allies who are making Ontario's communities better places to live, work, create and play.

We come together on the land to deepen our relationships, share learning, and build capacity around our most pressing challenges, so that we can take our work to the next level of sustainability and effectiveness.

You should come if you are…

  • A young organizer, social entrepreneur, activist or change-maker (from 16 to 30+) committed to making a difference in your community.
  • An adult ally supporting youth-led change in your community or professional contexts -- whether as a funder, frontline worker, policy maker, experienced organizer or service provider.

You can expect to...

  • Deepen your individual and collective capacity to work across difference & diversity on the challenges you are facing.
  • Learn about collaborative and creative approaches and skillsets for building and strengthening networks.
  • Increase your awareness of the systems for supporting youth organizing and engagement.
  • Take part in fun outdoor activities in a beautiful setting.
